Need Laser Operator - SoCal

This is a job opportunity I read about in my local paper. I spoke to the owner of the company and found the position had not yet been filled:

Jimani Inc., located in Oxnard, California (SoCal) is looking for a "sophisticated" laser operator with good English skills, basic computer skills and the ability to read mechanical drawings.

When they say "sophisticated" they want an intelligent, patient person who can think "outside of the box" in setting up and engraving jobs.

If you have the right stuff, they're willing to train you.

Based on ability, wages start in the $12-$14 range. It's a 40 hr. week, with overtime as needed.

Oh, and you'll like this! The job comes with medical benefits! I don't have to tell you that medical benefits alone are worth hundreds of dollars per month.

I thought with all the people displaced by Hurricane Katrina, why not put the call out to the world! :-)

So, if you're in need of a job and don't mind working in an ideal mediterranean climate, which is, Southern California's "Gold Coast" this one may be for you!

Call Jimani, Inc. and speak to Jim Earman at 805.486.1399 or fax your resume to 805.483.5127

Embroidery Operator Wanted

I think (hope, pray) that the position may be filled by later this morning.

We're on the northern fringe of Cincinnati. We have three machines, plus screen printing, plus heat presses, plus recently added engraving. I start inexperienced ops at $9.00 and the range goes to $11.00 plus a $.50 per hour kicker for cross training in other processes. So someone that can run the embroidery machines, screen print, heat seal and engrave could see $12.50 and I have one that is higher. No health care benefits as the majority of my employees have spouses with great bennys and would rather have a buck an hour extra in their check. (Although I have considered adding health care as we grow) We do the paid vacations, personal days, flexible hours and we close the week between Christmas and New Years.
