Funny how only admins are responding.......hmmmmmmmmmm :)
Just kiddin Harvey. I've only tried to post when I have something "positive" to add to conversations. I enjoy my participation much more now than the verbal arm wrestling of the past.

Brian,
I was a little slow on the uptake.
Since we've only used the "worm" feature of Beehive v.5 software, once, your comment went over my head.
Don't worrry. I'm a "little" bit smarter than I look. I'll think a little harder next time. :-)

It's ok...I have an odd sense of humor, and probably wouldn't have even thought about the worm thing except I think Dave mentioned it in a thread recently.....
I posted in this thread earlier on, and no one had anything to say about what I posted....so it got me thinking...Self I said....I wonder if you done been wormed?............Figured I could make a joke out of it (on myself) if you know what I mean............... ;)
Have a great day David

Ok Brian,
Now I get it. There's something about having to explain a joke, that takes the edge off it. :-)
I know how you feel. Sometimes, I'll make a post and think it's a sure contender for rampant discussion, only to have it lay there.
I guess they can't all be riveting. You also have to consider, the majority of forum members are "read only."
Kind of like the morning paper. We may read it, but rarely, if ever, write an editorial.
Have a great day yourself Bri.

Brian - I had no ideas what your were talking about - and I am not sure I do yet! >.< But if it made your day - then it was a good thing.

Worming is a function of the forum software. It is a sneaky and nasty feature. You can allow someone to read and post, but the posts only show up for the moderators and no one else.
I know of only one person wormed. He/She has never posted since then, for some reason.

Mick - I hate to hear that Justin got you too. One of the salesmen who calls on me also travels into Wisconsin. Last time I thought to ask him he said Justin was still in Beaver Dam. He also said that things seemed to be going a bit down hill at Justin's-- -- imagine that!

Joe,
To mention Justin Fischer, of Beaver Dam Trophy, in Beaver Dam, Michigan, by name, is just plain wrong; but I'm happy you beat me to it. (devil)
During our failed attempt to receive payment, for a (rush) job I did for Justin, my wife called the Beaver Dam Chamber of Commerce, to file a complaint and was told she wasn't the first.
In fact, Justin has the distinction of being the first business in town, in line to have his application for renewal refused.
I would hope the ARA would exhibit the same fortitude, in refusing his membership, should he try to renew.
There's no gray area, or "he said, she said" in this instance.
His list of victims is long and verifiable.

Joe,
In my case, I should have seen him coming. I just thought (mistakenly) that he had rehabilitated himself.
He was convincing in his promise to pay me. :-$ EDITED: 17 Feb 2006 by DGL

David,
I went to the Beaver Dam Chamber website and it appears the renewal refusal is still in full force. There was no sign of BDTA.
Interestingly, I called and left a message for Justin last week. He never returned my call. It must be getting lonely in Beaver Dam Country.

David,
My wife also called the local competition. The person on the phone said there isn't much activity at Justin's location.
Justin's probably the best thing that's ever happened for their business.
