His main focus was to visit schools and large companies to establish new business.</p> <p>I think he'd be more of a business development person than a sales rep.</p> <p>As was stated previously, finding the right person is key. He wasn't the right person, so he no longer works for me. We now have one part-time employee that only works in the shop a couple of days each week. There's me...myself...and I. And then, there's Sharon. She consistently out performs the other three.
